AdSemble Calendar is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that is used by billboard owners and digital signage operators to manage their inventory, generate proposal contracts and obtain paid advertising campaigns from AdSemble Open Display. In the digital signage Industry this is also known as a Supply-Side Platform or SSP for short.
Back to top of pageThe basic functions of your Dashboard include a birds-eye view of your Upcoming Campaigns, as well as graphs that breakdown the volume of sales you have made on your own and those that have come from the AdSemble Open Display platform. Additionally, you can use our suite of tools to spot interesting trends such as which industries are performing best on your billboard locations and earning you the most amount of revenue. Use the side bar links including Campaigns, Accounts, Locations and Reports to dive deeper into those areas of the platform.

Back to top of pageYes. You are required to upload a minimum of one (1) proof photo per campaign. If a campaign spans multiple weeks, and the same creative is being used for each week, you may optionally assign the same proof photo for every 4 weeks of the campaign. A new proof photo is required every 4 weeks or if the advertiser switches out their creative at any point of the campaign, you are required to upload one (1) proof photo of the new creative so the advertiser can be informed their new creative is being displayed.
Failure to upload a proof photo will result in you not receiving a payment for that campaign.

Back to top of pageThe "Add Sold Spots" feature communicates how many other spots in your loop have been sold each week you have an AdSemble campaign running on any of your locations so that our system can automatically make the necessary adjustments to Impressions and/or Showings vs. what was actually delivered.
In a simplified example: Your billboard has 8 spots to sell each week and each spot yields 1,000 showings per week. An AdSemble advertiser desires to purchase one (1) fully loaded spot for the week. You have successfully sold the other seven (7) spots on your own. By not telling our system that those spots were occupied, it will be assumed that the AdSemble advertiser received 8,000 showings for the week, when in fact, simply by utilizing this "Add Spots Sold" feature, the system can automatically reconcile that only 1,000 showings were actually delivered to the AdSemble advertiser.
Back to top of pageThis video teaches you how to use the "Add Sold Spots" feature to indicate the total number of spots that have already been sold on any of your locations.

In preparation for this to be achieved, please submit your payment information, whether that is ACH, PayPal, etc. to our Accounting Department by sending an email to AdSemble Accounting.
